Directions

In Limerick follow the signs for Shannon airport or Ennis. Take the N18 from Limerick to Ennis.  Take the N85 from Ennis to Ennistymon via Inagh.  Drive straight through Ennistymon towards Lisdoonvarna on the N67. The houses are located in the centre of the village and can be accessed through private gates.

Local Area

The village is a great base for touring the coast and beaches around Clare and is within an easy reach of the villages of Doolin, Lahinch, Liscannor, Ballyvaughan and Fanore and just a ten minute drive from the bustling town of Ennistymon.

Lisdoonvarna is best known for its annual matchmaking festival in the month of September and it is ideally located to enjoy the beaches and coastline of County Clare.

These cottages have either 2 or 3 bedrooms, the two bedroom cottages offer 2 exquisitely designed luxurious double bedrooms which share a central bathroom with bath and electric shower. This bathroom is located upstairs.
Towels and linen are provided for free.
Please note that there is limited availability during the Match Making Festival in September.

Each September Lisdoonvarna holds the Match Making Festival, thousands of singles of all ages come from all over the globe to partake in this event. It is now know as one of Europe’s biggest events for singles.
During the weekend there is plenty of Irish music, dancing, pub hopping and an overall sense of fun and friendliness.
Scheduled events include horse racing, BBQ’s and the final even of the weekend is the crowning of Miss & Mr Lisdoonvarna.
