Description
Hill View House is located in the middle of a popular fishing area in County Clare. So if you're a keen angler you're in for a real treat. Be sure to pick the brains of the proprietors who will be happy to point out the best locations for successful angling trips. If you don’t want to go fishing then you could perhaps walk part of the East Clare Way which is a 172km walk through the surrounding countryside. The house is about 10 minutes from East Clare Golf Course, which is an excellent local course, but if you want to play where the champions have played you can head over to Lahinch or Dromoland, both of which aren't too far away.
Attractions within easy reach include Bunratty Castle, and if you get your timing right, you could perhaps book yourself a medieval banquet. Located close to Tulla is Quin Abbey which was a 15th century Franciscan Abbey. Cragaunnowen has a castle and the Living Past Experience with crannogs and a ring fort. And no trip to Clare would be complete without a visit to the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher. We are Pet Friendly.
