We thought the breakfast was excellent. Care was obviously taken with preperation and cooking and presentation of food. Much better than most hotels we have stayed at. The pancakes were lovely. If a vegetarian breakfast was offered it would have been perfect. The only complaint would be that it was a little noisy from other guests, nothing to do with the establishment. This would not deter me from visiting again.
