the room was great, it was huge and had everything we needed.Staff were very friendly and efficient. We liked the location and used it to travel around West Clare which we like anyway

taking two of our three boys to see Ailwee, cliffs, burren etc so made a two night 3 day break. great choice to come back to armada after our first busy day and lovely bar food - waited a while but worth the wait. were going to Brendan Grace but too relaxed in bar and stayed put. boys loved it too but not sharing the bed - next time will insist on twin! stayed next night in doolin in sister hotel of Armada and really nice. decided last minute to go to Aran Islands on the thursday - crossing very choppy so by the time we got back were glad to be able to check in just down/up the road. very nice spot too. up Clare.

Overall the hotel was nice. The rooms were modern in decoration but looked moreso on the internet than in real life and could use a bit of sprucing up. The views were fabulous. The staff wre helpful and the facilities for food and drink were well done.
