Spanish Arch set to be Galway city’s cultural quarter

Galway City Council have reached a unanimous agreement to make the Spanish Arch the heart of the city’s new cultural quarter, along with the Galway City Museum, the Druid Theatre and the Art House Cultural Cinema.
