The hotel was nice however it was incredibly hot and they did not have air conditioning. We were able to get a fan but it did not help very much. The hotel was not in a great location either, we did not realize how far away it was from the city center and the airport until we were there.

Location was excellent as I was attending a conference 5 mins away at Queens University Secure free parking

Very good value! If I had to nit pick, we got a no smoking room and there was nearly a constant smell of smoke in the room from next door. However, the staff were excellent and looked after us very well!

The Hotel was very comfortable and the Staff were extremely helpful and cooperative, no complaints.

Quite good - internet was very poor value. Wireless should be fast and free. Noisy rooms next door were handled well but should not have happened

The hotel staff were more than helpful - the reason I decided to stay here for the second time in 3 months. The hotel is in a lovely area with loads of social amenities in close proximity. i will definately be back! Thanks a million
