Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, can get a bit packed in the bar, but that's just because it is a popular place!

Great to get the car parked for us. Service overall was excellent, especially the very friendly girl at reception. Rooms were top-class. There was a mix-up with my husband's clothes and they were posted back to us in Sligo the week after. Really enjoyed staying in the iconic Europa!
Nice hotel and very central
Beautiful, clean hotel in the heart of the city centre, with extremely friendly staff and lovely breakfast buffet.
We all enjoyed our stay. The rooms were excellent and we spent a lovely evening in the hotel restaurant for dinner on the evening of our stay. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding. I certainly would return if I do get back to Antrim.
