About the band
The band hail from a town called Hanna, in Canada but are based in Vancouver. They have been performing since 1995 with lead singer Chad Kroegur at the forefront of the band.
The band's name was thought-up by Chad's brother Mike who once worked in Starbucks selling coffee and he would sometimes say to customers "Here's your nickel back!"
Nickelback has won many Grammy Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Juno Awards and have been nominated for Music Video Awards.
This is a concert not to be missed and tickets are currently for sale on ticketmaster priced at 54.80. Special guests are yet to be announced and gates open at 7pm.

Hi Nasim,Thanks for your comment!
I don't think it will be disclosed what hotel Nickelback will be staying in! However if you want a hotel close to the RDS, choose a hotel in Ballsbridge. You can browse our Dublin hotels on the Dublin hotel page.

Hi Mandy, Thanks for your comment! It depends on whether Nickelback have a support band playing first, but it's probably too early to tell at this stage. We do know that gates are open at 7pm but if anyone else knows what time the concert starts and finishes at, please leave a comment and let us know! Regards Editor- #5
